    Readam is a new generation property development company currently operating in South Africa’s most affluent suburb of Sandton, and the UK's most beautiful city, Bath. Since its formation in 2008, Readam has a vision of becoming a leading medium sized property development and investment company. Our passion for property is reflected in our innovation and implementation of industry best practice in planning, design, development and management.

    Operating as an integrated property development and management company, Readam’s business activities cover the full spectrum of site identification, sourcing, planning, tenanting, developing and managing commercial offices, retail centres, hotels and residential buildings. We source land and/or buildings which are in need of improvement and convert them into stable investment grade real estate. We then provide the property with facilities management and leasing services.
